Accommodation and Travel

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their travel and accommodation.

If you need to book accommodation, you can maximise your time by staying at the Conrad Hong Kong, the conference venue. Click here to book a room at preferred rates.

App and Networking

All attendees receive access to the networking app Swapcard.

Click here to access it now (to log in, simply use the same email address of your registration).

The app allows you to access the attendee list, network with others, schedule meetings, and export your connections.

Additionally, you can tailor your personal agenda, explore the event schedule, and access speaker information.

Badges

You will be able to collect your badge from 8:00 am on Wednesday, 4 September, from the Ballroom Foyer on the lower level at the Conrad.

You must wear your badge at all times. Without a badge, you will not be able to gain entry into the event or associated meeting rooms.

Dietary and Accessibility Requirements

If you have any special dietary and/or accessibility requirements, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@invisso.org.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, please note that we cannot confirm that the venue we will be able to fulfil all requests.

Visas and Travel Insurance

Please ensure that you contact the appropriate visa authorities in plenty of time to check the requirements. For more information, please check if you need a visa. If you require a visa support letter, we are happy to provide one.

PLEASE NOTE: A visa support letter, if requested from Invisso, can only be issued once the registration is confirmed.

You will also need to ensure that you have appropriate travel insurance covering you at this conference, as Invisso cannot accept any responsibility for injury, loss, damage to property, or travel delays.
