Victor has over 25 years’ experience in Asia, advising investment banks, asset managers, and corporates on structured transactions across the region (including Japan), and on Hong Kong financial regulatory issues.

His breadth of expertise includes: cash and synthetic securitisations across different asset classes; structured credit transactions such as CLOs, CLNs and repackagings; structured equity / corporate equity derivatives; and private credit / special situations transactions, especially in relation to real estate.
