Divya leads Citi's securitization business in India. She has been with Citi since 2020. Divya and her team work closely with large and mid-sized financial institutions across the country, providing securitized lending facilities backed by a diverse range of asset classes.

Divya has over 16 years of experience in the financial services space in India and the Middle East. Prior to joining Citi, she led a team of structured finance rating analysts at a major credit rating agency in India. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an engineering degree.
