Bryan is the Head of Capital Markets Structuring and Distribution, Markets & Investor Services at Clifford Capital, where he has led the execution and management of the group's Infrastructure Asset-Backed Securities (IABS) transactions, starting from Bayfront Infrastructure Capital II in 2021 all the way to Bayfront Infrastructure Capital VI which most recently closed in March 2025. He was previously part of the Corporate Strategy team at Clifford Capital, where he was involved in the conception and execution of new business initiatives, including the management of Bayfront Infrastructure Capital, the first ever securitisation of project and infrastructure loans in Asia-Pacific that was completed in July 2018.

Prior to joining Clifford Capital in 2018, he was with Citi in London and Singapore, primarily in debt capital markets where he led the origination, structuring and execution of numerous regulatory capital and hybrid bond issuances for financial institutions and corporates. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
