Ben Loper is SVP and Treasurer of Hilton Grand Vacations, a $4B+ publicly traded leisure / hospitality company reporting directly to the President. Mr. Loper is responsible for global lending operations in addition to all elements of global treasury and capital markets. Mr. Loper has completed several asset backed securitizations in the United States as well as led ~$5B in financing for the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations and Diamond Resorts. Mr. Loper led the team executing HGV's inaugural Japan 10B ¥ securitization (SMRAI 2025-1) and the first esoteric ABS deal in Japan. Mr. Loper graduated from Auburn University and Vanderbilt University with a masters of science in finance and is both a CFA Charterholder and active CPA.
