Anh Phuong Luu Dang
Anh has close to 20 years of experience in investment and finance, including 15 years working in various positions at IFC. She was a Senior Investment Officer with the Manufacturing Agribusiness and Services team based in Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore, where she developed new businesses, led execution of investment projects, and supervised portfolio clients across various countries in Asia. From 2019-2020, she worked in the Credit department and took the responsibility of reviewing and providing credit opinions on a wide range of investments in multiple sectors and geographies. In 2020, Anh was appointed to be the Advisor to the Regional Vice President, Asia & Pacific. Between 2022 and 2024, she was the Advisor to the Regional Vice President of Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining IFC, Anh held several positions in the private sector. Her former roles include Deputy Head of Research at Mekong Securities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where she built an outperforming equity research team covering Vietnam; Credit Researcher at JPMorgan in London covering Securitized Products in Europe; and Portfolio Analyst covering Structured Products at ABN AMRO, London.
Anh holds a BSc in Operational Research and an MSc in Applicable Mathematics from the London School of Economics, University of London, and has been a CFA charter-holder since 2010.
